Boardwalk Five

Clocked five in 41:30 on the Atlantic City boardwalk. I’ve also realized my sneakers are shot. Ouch.

Run itself felt fluid and relaxed. I’ll feel even better once I’m not clutching my phone for dear life.

Oversleeping means I need to run tonight. Legs feel good after yesterday’s run, but the rest of me feels fatigued.

One thing I’ve learned is to listen to my body. I pushed hard last summer and injured myself so I’m okay babying myself a bit here at the outset of training.

5 Miles

Started training for my third marathon. Expect lots of training and diet updates here. Had to build accountability into the plan somewhere, you know?
